REFUND & DAMAGE POLICY

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Because many of our products are made to order or produced in limited batches, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
